Product Description

This pizza stone is ideal for use on the Carri Chef 50, but it can also be used on other gas and electric barbecues and in electric ovens.

The 12 mm thick pizza stone has a heat distributor for optimal (oven) performance and can withstand temperatures up to 300°C.

The stone is made of heat-resistant cordierite, which draws moisture from the dough. The result: a deliciously crispy pizza base!

In addition to baking pizzas, you can also bake bread, focaccia or croissants on this pizza stone.

Including handy storage bag.

Cooking surface: ø 36cm

TIP: simply clean the pizza stone with a dry cloth and do not use washing-up liquid or water.
