The Zelgear Spark 370 is an excellent choice to go kayakking on rivers, lakes and along coastlines. The Spark 370 has inflatable side tubes for great stability and a dropstitch floor for great performance. Unlike other dropstitch kayaks, the dropstitch floor can be seperated from the skin making it easy to dry the kayak or perform repairs if needed.

The main features of the Spark-370 model:

• comfort and ease of paddling

The outer width of the model with profiled high side tubes is 83 cm. You'll feel protected and cosy staying inside. Paddling in such a narrow boat is very comfortable. The kayak can reach a speed up to 9 km / h, depending on the effort applied. After all, the rigidity of the Spark kayak is comparable to plastic kayaks.
The assembly of such a kayak is very simple and takes only few minutes!

• excellent handling

Due to the complex external shape of the bottom, the kayak has great hydrodynamics. Longitudinal recess on the high pressure bottom in combination with inflatable stems (in the bow and stern) serves as an excellent keel. And now - the kayak is not just going, it is flying! The feeling of lightness and even airiness - you just don’t want to stop on such a kayak.
It is comfortable for the paddler to sit on an inflatable seat 10 cm high. By fixing the knee supports, you will sit tightly in the boat and not lose energy when paddling.

• versatility

Spark 370 is a spacious model for one paddler. In the solo mode, you will have enough space for equipment for a medium-length journeys (7-10 days).
For one paddler, the seat and knee supports are mounted in the center of the boat.
For relaxing trips together, there are fasteners for installing two seats (closer to the bow and stern of the kayak, respectively). In this case for non sport format, knee supports are not installed.

• comfort in details

The kayak in a journey is not just a means of transportation, but a temporary Home.
In models with an inflatable frame, you can use the entire internal space of the boat - rearrange the seats, change location inside the kayak (restless children and pets especially like to “walk” during the trip), swim during your trip or recline the seat back and sunbathe.

• reliability

We know how important it is to be confident with your kayak. For the production of kayaks, we take only the best, proven materials - outboard PVC manufactured by the German Heytex company, polyurethane (Israel), valves and pumps manufactured by Scoprega (Italy), YKK fittings and other accessories (USA, UK).
For many years we have verified and improved the assembly technology to make the seams reliable. All inflatable elements are checked for at least 22-24 hours.
In production we use modern equipment, we have a lot of special rigs for more convenient and reliable work with different elements of the kayak.

• safety when paddling

The advantage of an inflatable kayak is that it is easier to endure extreme situations in the journey. When hitting natural obstacles, the inflatable structure absorbs and quickly distributes the impact over the entire area.
Such a kayak can be
- dragged over fallen logs;
- paddled ashore with acceleration in order to get out and not get your feet wet;
- rafting on shallow rivers with a rocky bottom;

The kayak consists of two main parts - PVC side tubes with a tension bottom and a removable high-pressure bottom made of airdeck material. Double bottom protection is the key to your peace of mind on a trip!
Safety valves are installed on the side tubes, which regulate the pressure in the inflatable elements and lets out excess air on a hot day. Important! Relief valves should ALWAYS be in the OPEN position. Please check this every time before assembling the kayak and going out on the water.

• additional fasteners and accessories

There are a number of loops on the sides for reinstalling seats or tying luggage.
In order to install the spray deck in cold or rainy weather, there are PVC triangles on the sides closer to the waterline and hidden Velcro on the bow and stern.
At the bottom of the kayak, closer to the stern, is a special pocket for a skeg (for additional stabilization of the kayak on the course, if needed). The skeg is not in set, but if necessary, you can purchase it later.
